New Garage Doors
We were approached by one of our local residents who wanted to replace what was left of her up and over garage door, but it was a prefabricated concrete garage, fixing the frame might be an issue!
Plans made, prices sent

Off to the workshop!
Needed joinery grade timber, decided not to use gold as it was only fractionally less than the timber, thanks to our pandemic and our American friends buying all of our timber!
Unfortunately, the whole garage had listed about 50mm, thankfully I noticed this before construction, so had to make an out of square pair of barn doors!
Timber sourced and delivered to our joinery shop
Dusted the mortice machine off and set the tenon machine up
Made the doors, mortice and tenon joints, rebated styles to let the tongued and groove boarding in
Made the frame
On-site the next day managed to get a fixing in the precast concrete, Doors hung on hook and band hinges
Customer delighted!
